latest accommodation property in Kota Bharu

Kota Bharu ("KB"), Islamic City, a city I last visited last January after a lapse of 26 years. Since that trip, I had made another 4 trips into this quaint and laid back lifestyle of the east coast folks. People in KB are accommodating and friendly smiles which would captivate any visitors coming into the city.

Budget accommodations are sprucing up all around KB and reflects the mood of general business activities there. With the known fact of accommodation of 3-5 star rating lacking in the city, a new player for value accommodation would certainly provide travellers an alternative.

No rates or fact files for now but travellers can rest be assured that it's your money's worth with facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym etc. available and yet easy on your pockets.

I had the chance to pre-view the property and the photos below is a testament of what you can expect staying there when it opens soon!

The high windows in one part of the property ala a big screen LCD screen provides a panoramic view of the skies above Kota Bharu city.

The living hall is with minimal fixtures and the sunshine on the window panels gives an artistic touch to the area. For meeting and seminar, this property provides a facility for maximum 50 pax (estimated).

 

Not too sure if the property would be declared a non-smoking property but the signages are out for a better stay environment. This property is able to provide a section on the same floor for holding a family bar-be-que dinner/get-to-gether.

View from the various balconies in the property provides traveller with view that you would not see anywhere in the city. If you choose to stay here, bring your cameras along and catch the captivating sights of KB from your lenses.
