What the traffic lights has to say?

Was driving in KL when I noticed this typical scene taken out of the city streets which is a norm. This small illegal banners strung on lamposts, traffic lights, road signs and trees are a common sight and could itself be a tourist attraction or a tourist nuisance.

It's a huge question mark if these menace could be taken off the streets of Kuala Lumpur once for all!
